Campaign Period:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

By participating in the September 2026 Leaderboard Contest (the “Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Teuko, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest, subject to applicable law.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of the Contest is Teuko, Inc., 3145 Geary Blvd #473, San Francisco, California 94118, USA (“Sponsor” or “Teuko”). The Contest is administered by Sponsor.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a valid Teuko account. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers involved in the administration of the Contest, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to win.

Teuko members outside the geographic eligibility area may continue to upload lunchbox ideas and participate in the Teuko Leaderboard but are not eligible to win a prize in this Contest. Only Entrants who satisfy all eligibility requirements in this Section are eligible to win a prize in this Contest. Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, residence, account ownership, or other eligibility information before awarding a prize.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.

Potential winners will be determined on or about October 2, 2026, after Sponsor has reviewed the applicable entries and verified eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

4. How to Enter

To enter, an eligible participant (“Entrant”) must, during the Contest Period:

  • log in to a valid Teuko account (registration is free); and
  • upload one or more Eligible Lunchbox Ideas to Teuko at https://www.teuko.com/upload.

Each Eligible Lunchbox Idea uploaded during the Contest Period constitutes one (1) entry. There is no stated numerical limit on the number of entries an Entrant may submit during the Contest Period, provided that every entry independently satisfies these Official Rules.

Previously photographed lunchbox ideas may be submitted, provided that the Entrant is authorized to submit the content and the same lunchbox idea has not previously been submitted to Teuko. Each lunchbox photo or substantially identical lunchbox idea may count only once during the Contest Period.

The public Leaderboard is available at https://www.teuko.com/leaderboard. Public rankings shown during the Contest Period are preliminary and are subject to Sponsor’s verification, adjustment, and removal of ineligible entries before winners are determined.

5. Eligible Lunchbox Ideas and Entry Requirements

For purposes of this Contest, an “Eligible Lunchbox Idea” is a genuine lunchbox or packed-meal idea uploaded by the Entrant during the Contest Period that complies with these Official Rules, Teuko’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and applicable community standards.

An entry may be disqualified if Sponsor determines, in its sole but reasonable discretion, that it:

  • is a duplicate or substantially duplicate submission;
  • contains a photo, content, or other material that the Entrant does not own or is not authorized to submit;
  • copies or misappropriates content belonging to another person or source;
  • is spam, misleading, fraudulent, automated, generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or is submitted through a method that circumvents the normal entry process;
  • was created, submitted, or manipulated primarily to improperly inflate or manipulate the Leaderboard;
  • contains unlawful, offensive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate content; or
  • otherwise violates these Official Rules, Teuko’s policies, or applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to review entries and account activity, remove ineligible entries, correct technical or administrative errors, and disqualify an Entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to manipulate rankings, acts fraudulently or disruptively, or otherwise undermines the fairness or integrity of the Contest.

6. Winner Determination and Tie-Breaking

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the three (3) eligible Entrants with the greatest number of Eligible Lunchbox Ideas submitted during the Contest Period will be designated the potential First-Place, Second-Place, and Third-Place Winners, respectively.

For purposes of determining winners, Sponsor will use the September 2026 monthly “Lunchbox Ideas” ranking for eligible United States participants, as verified against Sponsor’s records. If an Entrant appearing on the public Leaderboard is ineligible, has submitted ineligible entries, or is otherwise disqualified, that Entrant will not be considered for a prize and the next highest eligible Entrant may move up in ranking.

In the event of a tie in the number of Eligible Lunchbox Ideas, the tied Entrant who first reached the final tied number of Eligible Lunchbox Ideas, as determined by Sponsor’s database timestamps, will rank higher. Sponsor’s determination of final rankings is final and binding, subject to applicable law.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified using the email address associated with their Teuko account on or about October 2, 2026. Each potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within five (5) calendar days of the first notification attempt and provide any information reasonably requested by Sponsor for eligibility verification and prize fulfillment, which may include name, mailing address, age confirmation, and proof of residence or account ownership.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, declines the prize, is found ineligible, fails to provide requested verification, or has not complied with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, the next highest-ranking eligible Entrant may be selected as an alternate potential winner.

A potential winner becomes an official winner only after Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

8. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

Only the following prizes are scheduled to be awarded in the Contest:

  1. First-Place Prize: one (1) OmieBox UP Kids Insulated Bento Box, Galaxy Purple. ARV: $49.95 USD.
  2. Second-Place Prize: one (1) Bentgo Chill Kids Lunch Box, Purple. ARV: $39.99 USD.
  3. Third-Place Prize: one (1) THERMOS FUNTAINER 10 oz Food Jar with Spoon, Purple. ARV: $18.99 USD.

Total ARV of all prizes: $108.93 USD.

Actual retail value may vary at the time of prize fulfillment. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or redeemed for cash by a winner.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, with another prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable, cannot reasonably be delivered to the winner’s eligible location, is prohibited or restricted from delivery, or for another reason beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. A substitute prize may consist of substitute merchandise or a gift card, where permitted by applicable law. A winner may not demand a particular substitute, retailer, color, product, gift card, or cash equivalent.

Sponsor will determine the method and timing of prize delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdirected after shipment except to the extent required by law. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly stated as being provided by Sponsor.

OmieBox, Bentgo, THERMOS, and their respective owners, affiliates, and retailers are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of this Contest unless expressly stated otherwise. All product and brand names are trademarks or property of their respective owners.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce and use the winner’s Teuko username, first name, state of residence, placement, and prize won in connection with the administration and promotion of this Contest, without additional compensation. Any use of a winner’s photograph, testimonial, or additional personal likeness beyond information already lawfully displayed by the winner on Teuko will be subject to any additional permission required by applicable law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, communicate with participants and potential winners, fulfill prizes, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.teuko.com/privacy.

Participation in the Contest does not by itself require an Entrant to consent to receive marketing communications beyond communications permitted by applicable law and the Entrant’s existing Teuko account or marketing preferences.

11. General Conditions; Integrity of the Contest

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, shorten, or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest. If the Contest is modified, suspended, or terminated, Sponsor may determine winners from among eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action or by another method Sponsor determines to be fair and appropriate under the circumstances.

Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographical, technical, display, database, or administrative errors, including errors in the public Leaderboard, provided that any correction is made in a manner Sponsor determines to preserve the fairness and integrity of the Contest.

Any attempt to deliberately damage Teuko, interfere with the Contest, circumvent entry requirements, manipulate account or upload activity, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may violate civil or criminal law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Contest, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information; technical, network, server, browser, device, software, database, or transmission failures; interrupted or unavailable Internet service; unauthorized human intervention; lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications; or other errors or failures that may affect participation in or administration of the Contest, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s willful misconduct or as otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws.

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Contest or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in an appropriate state or federal court located in San Francisco County, California. To the fullest extent permitted by law, recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with entering the Contest, and Entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or multiplied damages and attorneys’ fees.

14. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

The Contest may be promoted on social media or other third-party platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any such platform unless expressly stated otherwise. Entrants release such platforms from responsibility for the Contest to the extent permitted by applicable law and must comply with each applicable platform’s terms and policies.

Entry into the Contest occurs through Teuko.com as described in Section 4. Liking, commenting on, sharing, reposting, or following a social media account is not required to enter or win unless Sponsor expressly amends these Official Rules in accordance with applicable law.

15. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Creating a Teuko account and uploading lunchbox ideas to Teuko are free. A purchase from Teuko, Amazon, Target, Walmart, a prize manufacturer, or any other retailer or brand will not improve an Entrant’s ranking, eligibility, or likelihood of winning.

16. Winners List

The names or Teuko usernames of the official winners may be announced on Teuko.com and/or Teuko’s social media channels after winner verification. For a winners list, requests may also be sent after October 2, 2026 and received no later than October 31, 2026 to: Teuko, Inc., September 2026 Leaderboard Contest Winners List, 3145 Geary Blvd #473, San Francisco, CA 94118, USA. Where permitted, Sponsor may require a self-addressed stamped envelope for mailed requests.

17. Severability and Sponsor Decisions

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, ranking, disqualification, prize fulfillment, and administration of the Contest are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
