Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
By participating in the Halloween 2026 Lunchbox Challenge Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Teuko, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
The Sponsor and administrator of the Sweepstakes is Teuko, Inc., 3145 Geary Blvd #473, San Francisco, California 94118, USA (“Sponsor” or “Teuko”). Omie is providing the prize described in Section 8 and may fulfill the prize directly, but is not the Sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a valid Teuko account. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Omie, and any prize supplier involved in administration or fulfillment, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to win.
Teuko members outside the geographic eligibility area may participate in the Halloween Challenge and may be eligible to receive the Teuko digital challenge trophy, but are not eligible to win the Sweepstakes prize. Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, residence, account ownership, or other eligibility information before awarding the prize.
The Sweepstakes begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeping device.
The random drawing is expected to occur on or about November 2, 2026, after Sponsor reviews entries for compliance.
To enter, an eligible participant (“Entrant”) must during the Sweepstakes Period:
Each different Eligible Halloween Lunchbox Idea uploaded during the Sweepstakes Period and tagged “Halloween” constitutes one (1) entry. There is no stated numerical limit, provided every entry is a genuinely different lunchbox idea and independently satisfies these Official Rules. Duplicate or substantially duplicate submissions do not create additional entries.
Previously photographed lunchbox ideas may be submitted if the Entrant is authorized to submit the content, the lunchbox has not previously been submitted to Teuko, and the entry otherwise qualifies.
Liking, commenting, following, sharing, reposting, making a purchase, or inviting another person to join Teuko is not required to enter or win and does not provide an additional Sweepstakes entry.
An “Eligible Halloween Lunchbox Idea” is a genuine lunchbox or packed-meal idea uploaded by the Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period that is recognizably inspired by Halloween through food, presentation, colors, shapes, decorations, theme, or other visible elements; is tagged “Halloween”; is the Entrant’s own submission using content the Entrant owns or is authorized to submit; is not a duplicate or substantially duplicate submission; and complies with these Official Rules, Teuko’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and applicable community standards.
An entry may be disqualified if it contains unauthorized or misappropriated content; is spam, misleading, fraudulent, automated, generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means; circumvents the normal entry process; contains unlawful, offensive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate content; or otherwise violates these Official Rules, Teuko policies, or applicable law. Sponsor may review entries and account activity, remove ineligible entries, correct technical or administrative errors, and disqualify an Entrant who undermines the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
The Teuko Halloween 2026 digital trophy is a community participation reward separate from the Sweepstakes prize. Teuko members who complete the applicable Halloween Challenge requirements may receive the digital trophy even if they do not win the random drawing, subject to Teuko’s Challenge rules and account requirements. The trophy has no cash value, is not transferable, and does not increase an Entrant’s odds of winning.
On or about November 2, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) potential winner will be selected. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor may use a computer-based random selection method or another impartial random method reasonably designed to select one entry. The potential winner remains subject to verification.
One (1) prize is scheduled to be awarded: one (1) OmieBox in Poppy Orange. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $49.95 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $49.95 USD.
Actual retail value may vary. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or redeemed for cash by the winner.
The Poppy Orange color is intended to be awarded. If that color or the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be delivered to the verified winner’s eligible location, Sponsor and/or the prize provider may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value where permitted by law.
Omie is expected to fulfill and ship the prize directly to the verified winner. Sponsor may provide the verified winner’s name, shipping address, and other information reasonably necessary for fulfillment to Omie. No purchase, payment, shipping fee, or other payment to Sponsor or Omie is required to receive the prize. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes, if any, and costs not expressly stated as provided.
The potential winner will be notified using the email address associated with the selected Entrant’s Teuko account on or about November 2, 2026. The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the first notification attempt and provide information reasonably requested for eligibility verification and prize fulfillment, which may include full name, mailing address, age confirmation, and proof of residence or account ownership.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, declines the prize, is ineligible, fails verification, or has not complied with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. A potential winner becomes the official winner only after verification.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce and use the winner’s Teuko username, first name, state of residence, winning status, and prize won in connection with administration and promotion of the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation. Any use of a winner’s photograph, testimonial, likeness, or additional personal information beyond information already lawfully displayed on Teuko will be subject to any additional permission required by law.
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with participants and the potential winner, fulfill the prize, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.teuko.com/privacy.
Sponsor may share the verified winner’s name, shipping address, and information reasonably necessary for prize fulfillment with Omie or its fulfillment provider. Participation does not by itself require consent to receive marketing communications beyond communications permitted by applicable law and the Entrant’s existing preferences.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, shorten, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct. If modified, suspended, or terminated, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action or by another fair method. Sponsor may correct typographical, technical, display, database, tagging, or administrative errors in a manner intended to preserve fairness. Attempts to damage Teuko, interfere with the Sweepstakes, circumvent requirements, manipulate account or upload activity, or create fraudulent entries may result in disqualification and other remedies permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Omie, the prize provider, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from participation or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect information; technical, network, server, browser, device, software, database, or transmission failures; unavailable Internet service; unauthorized intervention; lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications; incorrect or missing theme tags; or other failures affecting participation or administration, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s willful misconduct or as otherwise required by law. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning these Official Rules and the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor will be governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles requiring application of another jurisdiction’s laws. Except where prohibited, any dispute arising out of the Sweepstakes or prize will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in an appropriate state or federal court located in San Francisco County, California. To the fullest extent permitted by law, recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with entering, and Entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or multiplied damages and attorneys’ fees.
The Sweepstakes may be promoted on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other third-party platforms. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any such platform unless expressly stated otherwise. Entrants release such platforms from responsibility for the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law and must comply with applicable platform terms and policies. Entry occurs through Teuko.com as described in Section 4; social-media engagement is not required to enter or win.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Creating a Teuko account and uploading qualifying lunchbox ideas to Teuko are free. A purchase from Teuko, Omie, Amazon, Walmart, Target, any retailer, or any other brand will not improve an Entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning. Any Omie sale or other commercial promotion occurring during the Sweepstakes Period is separate from this Sweepstakes.
The official winner’s first name and/or Teuko username, state of residence, and prize may be announced on Teuko.com and/or Teuko social channels after verification. For a winners list, requests may also be sent after November 2, 2026 and received no later than December 15, 2026 to: Teuko, Inc., Halloween 2026 Lunchbox Challenge Sweepstakes Winners List, 3145 Geary Blvd #473, San Francisco, CA 94118, USA. Where permitted, Sponsor may require a self-addressed stamped envelope for mailed requests.
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision will not constitute a waiver. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, disqualification, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and administration are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
