Pear Parfait

Finishing a meal on a gourmet style adds some sweetness for the rest of the day… and it doesn’t have to be complicated!

Ingredients

Yogurt (2 x 4oz for 4 persons)
Speculoos cookies (4 cookies for 4 persons)
Canned pear halves (2 halves per person)

Directions

1. Put the yogurt at the bottom of your recipient
2. Dice quickly the pear halves. Then add the pear on top of the yogurt.
3. Scramble a Speculoos cookie on top of the pear.

Voilà! your Pear parfait is done!
